Easy, Hassle-Free Returns

1. Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for unopened or unused products in original packaging. Personalized or hygiene-sensitive items (e.g., skincare tools) may not be eligible for return.

2. How to Return
To initiate a return, contact us at contact@thegoldentrends.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions for shipping the product back.

3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. You may return your product for a refund and place a new order for a different item.

5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately with photos of the product. We will provide a replacement or full refund.
